  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or product details.

In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or refuse any order placed for an incorrectly priced product, even after order confirmation.

6. Orders and Payments

When you place an order on our Platform:

  • You make an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received.

Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.
All transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.

In case of payment failure:
If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability.
  • In rare cases of unforeseen delays, you will be informed via email or SMS.
  • Risk of loss and ownership for products pass to you upon delivery.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased by you.
