Buyra Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Buyra.
We take great care to ensure every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • You have received a different size, color, or design than what was ordered.
  • The product you received is not as described on our website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and product-handling reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Intimate wear, personal accessories, or hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized products made to order.
  • Items purchased during special sales, offers, or “Final Sale” events.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase to ensure clarity on eligibility.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@buyra.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
  • Order ID
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
  1. Our customer care team will review your request and confirm approval within 2–3 business days.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if available in your area).
  • In case reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of product receipt.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once bank details are shared.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or variant:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
  • Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at info@buyra.in.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may initiate a return after delivery.
  • In case of prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
We will arrange for a quick replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To process your claim efficiently, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@buyra.in.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, Buyra reserves the right to make the final decision.
We are committed to resolving all customer issues in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
