We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently while ensuring full transparency at every stage of your shopping journey.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the dispatch, handling, and delivery of products purchased on our website www.buyra.in and related platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
If your pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partners, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details.
During high-demand seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹75 applies on orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹50 may apply for COD orders.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status.
You can also track your order anytime under “My Orders” in your Buyra account or through the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
- If you are unavailable during both attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to additional shipping charges.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number at checkout.
7. Packaging and Quality Check
All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@buyra.in with your order details and photographs.
8. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or national emergencies
- Courier service disruptions or remote delivery locations
- Verification issues for COD or high-value orders
We will keep you informed of any such delays via email or SMS.
9. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:
- We will notify you via email/phone.
- The refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting two-way shipping costs, or
- Re-shipment can be arranged on your request (shipping fee applicable).
10. International Shipping
At present, Buyra ships only within India.
We are working on enabling international delivery soon — stay tuned for updates on www.buyra.in or our social media handles.
